Ashok Jadhav, a distinguished alumnus of Shantiniketan Sangli, completed his Bachelor of Science degree in 1985 from Smt. Kasturbai Walchand College Sangli. With a career spanning several decades and multiple industries, including automobiles, oil milling, plywood and furniture materials, he has built a reputation as a versatile and successful businessman.

His entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Ujjwala Oil Mill in the drought-prone region of Atpadi, a venture initiated with the support of his uncle, D.N. Jadhav. Despite the challenging environment, his leadership and vision propelled Ujjwala Oil Mill to great heights. The mill became renowned for its high-quality products, particularly sunflower oil and groundnut oil, which earned a stellar reputation across Western Maharashtra for their purity and excellence.

After a business bifurcation that led to a shift in his career path, he entered the plywood industry. His adaptability and keen business acumen quickly made him a notable figure in this new sector. Under his stewardship, his company established strong relationships with prestigious brands such as Fevicol, Speed Lock, Europa, Century, Royal Touche, Damas, Rebecca and many more. These collaborations not only enhanced the company's product offerings but also solidified its position in the market.

His expertise extends beyond product knowledge to encompass strategic business development and operational efficiency. Prakash Jadhav is a distinguished mechanical engineer whose career at Tata Motors (formerly Telco) spans over four decades. Starting his journey at Telco, he quickly established himself as a key contributor to the mechanical and automobile sectors, demonstrating a profound understanding and mastery of engineering principles.

Throughout his career, he was not only dedicated to his engineering responsibilities but also to nurturing the next generation of engineers. He played a pivotal role in the training and mentorship programs at Tata Motors, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience with interns and trainees. His commitment to education ensured that new recruits were well-prepared to meet the challenges of the industry.

His enthusiasm for learning and innovation never waned. He remained eager to explore new technologies and advancements, continuously updating his skills and knowledge. This passion for continuous improvement made him a respected figure in the company and among his peers.
